The instructors are all very knowledgeable and the group classes are really great with a good focus on boxing technique and form. The frontdesk people are very friendly. I definitely recomend Knockout Fitness.... more
Fake business reviews at its finest. The instructors really know how to smooch their way out of their shortcomings. Nothing good about this so called "Taekwondo". The only good thing i could recall about this people is that their ability to swiped a payment on your credit cards.... more
