One of the machines got broken a few weeks back and it hasn't been fixed, last week another one got out of order as well, how long will it be until they get fixed?! Also, I've noticed that during the weekends the AC may not be turned on since it's not as crowded as the week days, and it feels suffocating.... more
Clean facility and their staffs were friendly. Good working machines and a very clean bathroom..For the most part I enjoy working out at crunch fitness in Chino. It is frustrating when you come to the gym at 5am and it's not opened as scheduled.... more
man im just writing this review because Ive missed chest and leg day for almost 2 months : I realize they were slowly increasing my dues without notifying me. 2) The place looks like it needs some TLC 3) I'm extremely unhappy with their scheduling of classes based on the trends and not on their loyal members wishes.... more
Great place to workout, sometimes needs more equipment but overall a great place to workout..Not reliable to open the gym at the time it needs to be open. Its not acceptable..Ask questions about fees before joining.... more
One of the bigger gyms in the area.Restrooms needs to be cleaner..I have been attending the Silver Sneakers Workout for a couple of months now, and it is incredible how much my flexibility has increased in such a short time.... more
Good customer service and their staffs were professional. Machines were maintained and the weights was organized. Clean bathrooms too..I love it, because it has everything I need, and I'm able to get my workout in and get out.... more
