One of the bigger gyms in the area.Restrooms needs to be cleaner.

I have been attending the Silver Sneakers Workout (for active seniors) for a couple of months now, and it is incredible how much my flexibility has increased in such a short time. The class is wonderful, and the instructor, Ms. Anna makes it super stimulating and fun. I recommend this class to all the Silver Sneakers that want a fun and fast pace work out at the individual level. Thank you, Anna for conducting the class in such a professional and caring manner.

FALSE ADVERTISING
If you are a SUPER SPORT you need to say that on your building...on Google Maps...SOMEWHERE

I shouldn't be turned down from using a "24HR FITNESS" when I pay a monthly bill to...
"24HR FITNESS" when there is nothing telling me they are something different BEFORE I GET THERE!!

This is Ontario, not West L.A....you need to tell your customers your trying to pose as a high end gym. Come down to earth and stop trying you squeeze your customers out of a $15/month upgrade when 24 hr is already more expensive than many competitors.

The only gym I like going to. It's spacious and big. Not like other gyms where it feels so cramped with machines arms reach from another.

I have been coming to this 24 hour fitness Super Sport since it was grand opening about 11 years ago. I used to love it a lot. I like this facility because it is huge with a lot of space and exercise rooms. It also has 2 swimming pools. Over the years I feel this place gradually is out of maintenance. Many equipment became old especially the bottoms. For some lockers the doors are loose but it never got fix. In the shower rooms, sometime the soap ran out for long time (more than a week) but was not refill. The shower rooms do not look clean. As I said, this club is only about 11 years old. I saw a lot of older club operate better. I wish I can give more star when I do my review next time.

I used to frequent this gym 5+ years ago. A lot has changed. Pros: bumper plates with plenty of racks. Nice equipment. The staff interacted with were kind/reasonable. Cons: removal of towel service. Members literally do not re-rack anything, be it dumbbells or weights. You'll see weights and dumbbells everywhere except where they're supposed to go. Also, good luck finding any weights 10 pounds and under. The weight floor was also pretty dirty, can't say I've ever seen old dried gum all over a gym floor before. Lastly, I couldn't seem to find a time that the gym wasn't crowded. Some of these issues are due to the lack of common courtesy of members.

Great gym, high ceilings plenty of room and equipment. Always clean and staff are friendly. Also this is a SS location so the towel service is available which is a plus.

Friendly staff! Elliptical machines are NOT working 100% properly. Some of the grips are peeling off, heart monitors don't work on some of them. Bathrooms are filthy, toilet paper dispenser was empty.

I tried to sign up for a free three day trial, and then as soon as you do that, they harass you into signing up for a membership, I kept saying no no no, until they said I could have one month of the gym for $10, so I said sure. But really at that point they have your card on file and they can choose to charge you however much they want, so I cancelled at the end of my month because I wasn't satisfied with the gym, as soon as I did that, they charged me $75 for a year membership agreement, and $39.99 for the month. BUT I CANCELLED! !!! why should I be charged such an exuberant amount???? I've tried calling, and wveevery just says, oh we cantc help you with that! Now im waiting for the general manager to call for him to say the same thing!!!

And the place is dirty, I never once saw any employee cleaning or any of the members spraying the machines after use.

Manager screwed me up on my membership. Seems like he just wants to hit his goals. I informed corporate in this regards. Hope they will take some action.

Let's get this straight. There is no such thing as a "great" 24 hour fitness location in the greater LA area. You want a 5 star gym? You gotta pay to play. With that being said, this one has good square footage, decent cleanliness, and seems to make an effort at keeping the rubber mats and equipment in a useable shape. This 24hr location is better than ANY of the 24hr locations in West LA, Santa Monica, LAX and Inglewood. Much much better. Parking is plentiful as well.

This Gym everything is good, and equipments are new. Just there is no place for dry clothes for shower. I am assuring I will come back from oversea and sign up with this gym. But tonight I was sadly kicked out by the sales manager Juan Mondragon. I was checked out by receptionist and sign in the computer, and I was ready to work out, and he comes from nowhere. And rudely ask me, can I see your guess pass. He should say sorry to brother you, have you ready to make your mind to sign up with us. I know he wants me to join the membership. That's nature but I do not really like the way he wants to double check out my pass code seems that I am a criminal. Then asked me to join the club. He do everything and start to ask me some question, and I said I do not need it and he continue to ask me why. Then I said I do not like the way you treat me. And he got furious and said he will cancel my guess pass. How rude he is. And say bye to me. Ops, he is so crazy. And I found out he is sales manager that so crazy. If I was he boss, I will fire him immediately. To be sales personal you have to be very polite and patient to your customer and they will appreciate but, he just make my day very bad and I was very disappointed by those people.

I tried to sign up for 3 day trial, however they would not allow us because a parent signature was required even though a legal guardian was present. As a "solution" one of the "trainers", Juan (who was illiterate and could not read a map of the United States), offered a special two month membership at a cost, however this time a parent signature was magically unnecessary. This stingy, shady, excuse for a gym is completely hypocritical of itself, is only looking to take as much money from its users as possible, and does not care about the well being of its users. DO NOT use this gym.

Its not new any more but its still great and friendly. People need to pick up after themselves, or stay home and keep their mess there. The gym could use a few more stability balls as they had before. Great gym even more when compared to the rest.

Just moved from LA
Soon as I came to this location I cancelled my LA fitness membership and switched over
I can workout and not worry about waiting on machines
There's plenty to do
