One of the machines got broken a few weeks back and it hasn't been fixed, last week another one got out of order as well, how long will it be until they get fixed?! Also, I've noticed that during the weekends the AC may not be turned on since it's not as crowded as the week days, and it feels suffocating. One out of three sinks in the girl's restroom has been out of order and leaking water for almost 2 weeks now. It's a really cool place to go, but it really needs to be maintained.

This has been my "home gym" for almost a year now. As a black card member you choose your home destination then can visit any location nation wide so I have also visited many others, especially when this one closes on some holidays but others in the area are open. Staff is friendly and helpful, bathroom is decent. This location is a little older and none of the cardio equipment has USB ports to charge your phone. Lately the security for the strip mall has posted a sign and has been enforcing the parking to be no more than three hours. If you are a van dweller like myself, and I know many of us use planet fitness memberships, you might be able to get away with one night here but anything else you risk being towed.

This location has good equipment lots of space compared to other planet fitness locations the only thing is the customer service needs to be better at this location some of the guys who work behind the counter rarely greets me when i come in or they have a strange look on their face.
The females who work their are friendly.

This gym was good and their staffs were professional. They accommodated me immediately and their trainers were nice. Clean and their machines were in good working condition. The bathroom was not good though.

If you are a guy and need to use the restroom, you have a better chance of saying you identify as a woman and just go to that restroom. Been almost a month and only 1 working restroom is embarrassing

I travel further to this gym because its never too busy. Its not expensive and if you want to relax there are massage machines hydro beds etc if you get the black card membership. Love the individual showers not cheap connected ones where other peoples dirty water flowd past your feet. Clean and modern.

Started coming to this location a year ago only to watch it go down hill equipment is not kept up gym is always dirty I recently visited the Upland and San Dimas location and was really impressed on how well equipment is maintained and how amazingly clean the gym is at all times

This place is cool in general but if you try calling their phone number all you get is a recording which ends by them saying they are not receiving any messages. And when I did go to the gym the other day trying to update my billing information I was informed that the computers are down and I would have to come back at a later time to update my profile.
I literally just called this number right now and the same thing happened. For saying something works when it doesn't look good on you as an owner. If anything you should try calling your own gym number and see the frustration I am going through.
One last update after numerous calls I finally got through to someone who works at the gym.

The gym is fine but don't go late at night or come already in your gym clothes; they close the locker room/bathroom for a LONG time for cleaning and you can't change or get your stuff. Not trying to get anyone in trouble, if anything the management should pay them more so they can hire some more people and speed up the process.

I've been to 5+ Planet Fitness locations. They have all been very good. I pay $20 a month for any gym, can bring a guest when I want, tan, message beds...Also, very little gym 'tude. A little is acceptable

I'm not a member, my daughter is ,but I go with her every time she visits the gym. The pro's. clean never to busy. Plenty of workout machines ,and cardio machines . The cons : to many people on cell phones sitting around just surfing, or texting, but nothing to do with gym. I would give it 5 stars if they would address that issue. I have with employees, but nothing happened. ..

Excellent gym. I always had an bad impression o n planet fitness from all the forums. But this place was great. Very clean and very welcoming. Worker here are great and hard working. Only issue is the lack of free. Weight barbell for squats dead lift and chest. But if you can look passed that everything about this place is gorgeous.

Small gym with loads of cardio machines and weights. If you don't need a pool and classes. This is a good spot!

This location is very clean. I love how they have cleaner and towels throughout the gym for clean up, and majority of members to clean their seats after use. Tons on cardio machines and plenty of weight "smith" machines even though it's 50/50 on snagging a smith machine. Wish they had more calve machines and what they need is a sauna. The employees are not really social with members, they don't really engage with the members. But overall this Planet Fitness is really nice
