I love PLAY! My favorite yoga studio and I have been to a lot! I can't go as often as I wish but when I have time, it is SO worth the 45min drive. The instructors all amazing and it has a great vibe, plus classes for all levels.

I attend the restorative classes and find them beneficial to my flexibility and strength, as well as to my mental health. The teachers help make even the challenging postures fun. I'm new to yoga, and I'm having a great experience at Peace Love & Yoga!

I started with the 10 day introductory period for new students. I wanted to get a feel for the classes and teachers, and it has been such a great experience. There are a variety of different classes to include restorative yoga too, to balance out your practice. Lots of variety and a lot of teachers, and a robust schedule to make it easy to hop into a class daily. I've thoroughly enjoyed going here, and I would highly recommend trying it out! It's reasonably priced, too. They do a lot of workshops, as well.

I love this studio! We go almost everyday and the instructors are AMAZING! the staff is friendly and everyone is very welcoming and helpful. Instructors offer hands on adjustments if you like and helped me even get to crow pose! "Hot flow" is great place to start when you are a beginner, but we slowly made our way into "Play 1" and thats where the fun is. They ask for your input in the beginning of class and help shape the rest of the class.

I went there to see my choices of the classes they provide and honestly the guy that was on the front desk seem not even excited and he seemed more interested on the computer. I just got a low passion from him on yoga and I just felt like this was not the place for me. I'm pretty sure is a good yoga place but first impression matter and if he wasn't happy being there then I won't be either.

I didn't think when I moved to California that I would be able to find a yoga studio that "topped," the one that I was a member of in Southlake, Texas. I was wrong! The Peace Love and Yoga studio is simply amazing! I hurt my back last year, had to undergo physical therapy for 9 months and thought that I would never be able to practice yoga again. PLAY, has scheduled a class called "Flow and Restore," that is helping not only my back, but my emotional and spiritual well-being. I am so very happy to be doing yoga once again.
Julia is an amazing instructor who watches over me, to make sure I don't over-do and injure my back again. To date, this is the only class I've attended with the hope of going to other classes in the near future. Thanks Julia and PLAY for having amazing instructors and classes for those who are trying to overcome injuries. I wish I could give Peace Love and Yoga 10 stars!

Drip... Drip... Drip... *Deep cleansing breathe* ... Drip... Drip... Drip....

This basically sums up hot yoga. The single most cleansing exercise I have ever done. By the end of the hour or hour and a half session, your shirt will be stuck to you and you will be amazed at the amount of sweat dripping from your body. Yet, you will be smiling from ear-to-ear, feeling awake, enlightened, and physically lighter.

At PLAY, the teachers will push you to new limits, but they encourage you to go at your own speed. They will smile their yogi smile and welcome you into there zen. It's hard to remember whatever you were stressing about as their soothing voices urge you to let it all go.

I wasn't so sure about the heat in the room. It gets hot. Like really hot. Like 106F hot. Yeah... Drip... But honestly, the heat helps you block out the internal voice and simply be in the present... Give it a try. They have GREAT new client specials (10 consecutive days for $10 when I first tried it).
