THE PREMIER gym in North County if you want top quality coaches and personalized training for superior functional fitness. Mike and his crew specialize in getting people ready for Spartan races but their support has much more to offer. They help members with goal setting, nutrition, running techniques, and have the energy to keep you motivated to meet your goals. Highly recommended for all ages.

I've been a member for 6 months now, and there hasn't been a gym quite like this that I've ever been a member of. If you stay consistent with your program, trust the process, you WILL see results! It's hard work; but with the community standing beside you, it is fun, uplifting, and well worth the pain and sweat! The trainers here are all very talented athletes themselves, very energetic, and fun as well! Join now and you will not regret it!

MROC has been a saving grace! I just joined this gym three months ago after so many years of not having a consistent workout regimen, running a mile or playing on jungle gyms. The first time I walked in the gym, I felt the magic. After my first three months of working out here, I feel the difference in every single aspect of my life.
The coaches work with you to develop individualized workout plans/fitness goals, develop action plans to make your goals achievable and push you to show up for yourself the whole way. The workouts are fun, the other members are SO encouraging and motivating and you're given the space to carve out your best self.
So why haven't you signed up yet? Come and Spartan up with us!

MROC is more than a training facility, it's a place to transform your life. I joined in 2015 when I decided to make changes to improve my physical health and learn from professional coaches who would help me reach the goals I had in mind. Over three years later, I'm still a member continuing to build on each new level of fitness and skills. I've lost over 50 lbs, learned how to eat properly, and train like an athlete if I want to win competitions or just live a healthy lifestyle. The coaching staff brings different backgrounds and levels of expertise that push all members to reach levels and skillsets never thought possible. This year alone, I've started taking an intro ninja class and have learned moves that make me feel ready for regional competitions. Athletes of all ages and all skillsets are welcome and the workouts are designed for each individual to push their limits without pressure to keep up with experienced athletes. All the members are extremely encouraging as we all remember Day 1 at MROC. It's more than just a training facility, it's a family.

Mike and the coaching staff at MROC provide an outstanding training experience and their attention to detail is second to none. If you are training for a Spartan race or just want to get in better shape then this is the place for you. I felt like I was part of the MROC Army family the very first session.

I have trained at MROC since they first opened. I was pretty nervous my first time. I had no experience with obstacles or lifting but had just recently done my first Spartan Race and wanted more!

At the time I was at a big box gym that wasn't really challenging me or giving me any individualized training for my specific goals. I was just going through the motions. Sometimes training three times a day and getting nowhere. I wanted to get past my plateau and take my training to the next level. MROC has been there with me throughout this journey and has continued to raise my fitness level far beyond anything I ever thought possible at the time of that first Spartan Race. I have learned so much more than just obstacles. I have learned how my whole lifestyle and diet play a roll in my training. I have learned how to lift heavy, the right way. And I have learned how the power of the mind can push me past any limitations.

I joined MROC for the sole purpose of learning more about obstacle racing while increasing my fitness level. They have given me that and far more than I ever dreamed. I also got an amazing group of people that I now consider family. We all support and encourage each other. We are from all walks of life. Some elite athletes, some grandmas, ALL BADASS HUMANS!

If you are thinking about trying out MROC, you should. Don't think about it anymore, just do it. It will be the best thing that you've ever done for yourself!

MROC Absolutely Rocks! I came to MROC looking for a group of people to work hard with, hold me accountable to show up, and have fun. This gym is not for the person who wants to walk on a treadmill at a medium pace and lift 5 lb weights...It is for those of us who want to be challenged, pushed, and have fitness goals in mind. Great environment, Great people, and your current fitness level does not matter just so you want to IMPROVE. I highly recommend checking MROC out

I wanted to take a moment and thank you and your entire staff. You have an amazing organization, from the facility you have built, the employees you have hired to the clients you work with. Everything is geared towards helping each individual achieve their goals. The workouts are challenging, but achievable. When I started, I laid out my goal, of being able to complete the American Ninja Warrior 1st round. I have been working on the Salmon Ladder for about 6 months now, and had very little to show for it. Over the last week I finally broke through. First I was able to do two rungs, then do two more back to back. This morning after an exhausting workout, I gave it a whirl, and completed four rungs. MROC has not only helped me gain the confidence to complete the course, I am now looking to compete on the course.

I've been training at MROC for 9 months now, and I am SO happy I found this gym! It's so much more than a place to go work out-it's a place to be challenged, to be held accountable, to have FUN, and to grow. It has an outstanding reputation in the OCR community, but even if you're not looking to run an obstacle course race, it's still a place where you can get an amazing workout. MROC also has a tight-knit, welcoming community that sets it apart from other gyms that I've been to. The coaching staff is phenomenal across the board, and all of them care deeply for the athletes they work with and are ready and able to help them discover and meet their goals. I've gone from running my first Spartan race in January of 2017 and not knowing what the heck I was doing to, by the end of this year, completing 7 Spartan races (including the Ultra Beast in Lake Tahoe, woohoo!) and many other OCR and road racing events. Come by and visit, or drop in on Saturday for a workout. You won't regret it :)

I can't say enough amazing things about this gym! Been training there since Jan of 2016. Mike, Krista, Mel and Edder are all encouraging supportive coaches. It's always a fun and amazing workout, and I always leave feeling great (and tired!). Definitely not your average run of the mill gym, and monotonous workout. By far the go to place to learn anything related to Obstacle Course Racing or Ninja Training. Members are just as great as the coaches. Very supportive and come to be family.

Wanna get better at completing those OCR races? Start going to MROC and improve your mobility, muscle-memory. Practice on the obstacles that give you the greatest challenges when running a course. And one more thing....they're really nice people too!

I wish I would have found something like MROC years ago. I've been going here for about a year and it's been such a good experience. Coach Mike is highly qualified. The facilities have tons of obstacles which I wanted for Spartan races. The whole community is so supportive and people of all different fitness levels and it just works so well.

This gym is what I have been searching for! The fitness is functional and well coached. MROC is about a healthy lifestyle and camaraderie. I can't wait to do my next obstacle race!

I have had an amazing experience at MROC. The workouts are incredibly intense, but are so much fun and rewarding at the same time. The community of members and trainers is so open and accepting of whatever your fitness level. I wish I could give MROC 10 stars!
