This gym has awesome equipment, and great customer service. The location is perfect for me and they have everything I need for a great price
BEST GYM EVER!!! i love to work out here every week! you should really try it! SO MUCH FUN! they have the coolest girl in the 4-5 teen class! go check it out! and the coaches are awesome!!!
I highly recommend Polarize CrossFit to anyone looking for a new box or one to drop in on. All of the coaches have been exceptional. Coach Jo is a true gem in this world. You can tell she loves what she does and she welcomes anyone that walks in the door with a smile and desire to help. They always included my husband and children in events and encouraged them to be a part of the community, member or not. Knowledgeable, friendly and committed to seeing people thrive in whatever their personal abilities may be. I never felt judged or intimidated by staff or other members! Polarize Crossfit makes you feel like family. I made friends, saw myself grow in strength and ability and most importantly I felt like I belonged from day one. Drop in, you will not regret it!!
After trying multiple gyms in the area, I picked this one due to its hospitable staff, good hours, cleanliness, equipment upkeep and availability.
I think the gym is a bit of a hidden gem, and its location keeps it hidden from public view. I believe that fact alone makes it so classes are never overburdened with people. This makes it easier to get personal instruction, keep equipment clean and nice, and get to know the coaches and other athletes on a higher level.
For the year and a half or so I have been a member I have attended usually four or five times a week. I usually go in the mornings. Currently due to low numbers in the morning they are considering doing away with it. If they do I will have to go to another gym and that would be upsetting because I feel other gyms are not as personable in the area. Sunday cardio sessions have been done away with for now, but with some more interest it could come back.
Coach Jo is now the owner, and my wife and I have come to know her personally. She has actually helped us with cooked meals when my wife had surgery.
Great group of people and coaches. Friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, good value. I've been doing the drop in rate for 2 months, the fundamentals class has been great to start getting back in shape.
Locally owned, CrossFit gyms and the attitudes of the group reflect the owner, and this one is no exception. Friendly and welcoming.
I'm in Week 3 of the 6-week New You Challenge and am loving it. I feel stronger already and very comfortable there. Yes, I get nervous before the workouts, but once I'm there, I'm relaxed because the coaches are very warm, friendly, enthusiastic, and they take their time explaining what we're doing and WHY we're doing it. I'm very impressed with the interest that the coaches have in their clients. I have a new respect and liking for CrossFit!!

Lady who runs the place was very rude when she decided she no longer wanted us parking behind the building next door, which she had no authority, nor business worrying about. Because we were authorized by the Mgr of the business we were behind. Since we refused her orders she had a client call a mall police officer to harass us up we left.

Good workout and lots of options for workout times. Different types of classes. Good atmosphere.
Polarized Crossfit is a beginner friendly place. At age 66 with a knee injury, they taught me how to squat properly, and adjusted all workouts to what I can do. Somehow with the new way of exercise, my knee is feeling good and I am back to running. People that can lift heavy weights are friendly, not intimidating as I thought I might be, because we are doing the same workout though at different levels.
Polarized Crossfit is a fun place, we have potlucks, contests, fundraisers and projects. Most contests are team oriented, find or pick a partner and each can adjust your level of competition, that means even a beginner can win the contest. We have a resident dog, so get your puppy fix while you are at it.
Great gym, great coaches, great people. It's always clean. The coaches will help you reach your fitness goals safely and intelligently
I have been a PCF member for about a month now and I absolutely love it! Susan, the owner, and all of the coaches welcomed me and my toddler with open arms; it feels like home now. Family environment!
I was intimidated at first, but I love that each class begins with a friendly game-inspired warm up. It is also important to me that the coaches go through the movements with pvc pipe to make sure each athlete has the movements down before doing that actual WOD.
I'm also super stoked to join the intramural open competition--- held in house. The team spirit and camaraderie is so exciting and makes the workouts feel like fun vs work!
I've been a member of Polarize CrossFit (PCF) for about a year now and I truly enjoy working out there. The staff/coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, push each athlete to do their best, and ensure movements are done in a safe manner. The programming is great. It is challenging yet fun. PCF's hours allow members to workout in the mornings or evenings. The facility is always clean and ample enough to accommodate a full class.
If you're an experienced CrossFitter you need to check this place out and if you're looking to give CrossFit a try this is most definitely the place you want to start at.
