Revati is a most qualified teacher and really knows her stuff and loves teaching. She has a lovely sense of humor and it is so much fun to work with her.
Loved Debra Hodgen's chair yoga class. Her voice is very relaxing and the way she describes how to do the postures shows a great deal of knowledge and experience. Thank you so much. I will sign up for more classes at this studio.

Yin and Reiki with Jennifer was great. I came in feeling tight and sore and left feeling mobile and refreshed.
Really great yoga programs! They are attentive, small in class size, and acre about proper poses and movements gor full restoration. Highly recommend checking them out! A lot of my lower back pain issues were reduced doing these sessions. Also, it is apparent that the instructors love what they do and care about their work and how it affects learners.
I love this yoga studio! Its everything I wanted out of a studio. Small, peaceful, skilled instructors, and very friendly people! Not to mention the little treat they handout at the end of class. Definetly going to make this apart of my daily routine. Thank you instructors and Shanti!
Been here twice, different instructor each time and both were outstanding. Relaxing and challenging at the same time. Can't wait to do more classes!
I not only LIKE it, I love, Love, LOVE it at Shanti Kitti Yoga. You definitely feel like a part of a family there--the owners and teachers are terrific; and there is no pressure to overachieve. Everyone is accepted at their own level. I live in CA and MI and have tried several yoga studios. This is absolutely my favorite for the reasons above and many more. Come and join us!
This club has been part of our daily lives for the past two years. Both my husband and I have appreciated the personal attention we've receive in both body and mind yoga. The instructors are especially knowledgeable and professional in addressing people over 50. Their gentle and motivating approach has helped us improve our body strength and flexibility.
