MetroFlex is a fantastic gym to train at, its an even better community of individuals committed to improving ones self. From the owner to the trainers to the members all are genuinely interested in helping you achieve your version of success. You get all the fantastic equipment of a high level gym with the sense of community that comes from a locally owned business. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Great place to work out. Excellent equipment and staff. I went for the first time last month and I don't think I'll change my gym any time sooner. Also the trainers create such a great atmosphere and you can't wait to come back again!

This place is a great place to workout. Don't let the pictures of bodybuilders or heavy weights throw you off, this place is for everybody. It really is a family. It's just a great place with all the useful equipment you could need for a good workout. The trainers that work here are always friendly and the owner takes a real pride in being available to his customers. I've had memberships at LA and 24 but I'm serious when I say; you will feel less judged here and have a community of people who want you to succeed whatever your fitness goals are.

No fluff, just an awesome place to lift. Metroflex is the epitome of a anti-corporate gym. The owner Lou actually cares about his members and goes out of his way to make them feel welcome and comfortable.
I've been coming here for almost a year and I've never seen anything less than stellar customer service from the management and real camraderie among gym-goers. No one is going to mean mug you out of your set nor pass judgement. Everyone is there for the workout - and that's a really great thing.
If you're looking for a gym, check this place out. You won't be disappointed.

As close to a straight up gym as you will get around here. Not a cookie cutter gym chain. Love it and the guys running the gym are awsome.

This place is awesome! If your looking to escape the corp style gym then look no further! The owners have made such an awesome laid back atmosphere here, and the equipment is unlike any other... I'm talking serious results for people who are willing to put in the work! I'm stoked on this place, and they make it affordable and easy ... no gimmicks, no small print, no cheesy sales pitches... your either in our your out folks!

The Best Gym! I'm not a bodybuilding competitor but everyone here is so supportive and encouraging that I don't feel out of place. It can seem intimidating seeing these jacked guys and girls stronger than me, but they're honestly the most genuine and supportive group around. Lou and Mike are awesome guys, and made me feel at home from the very start. Plus, the main thing...you will get results with their help if you put in the work.
