poor customer service ( it smells like food as you walk in because people eating behind front desk), dirty facilities, scheduling issues and instructor turnover

Great gym. Staff friendly and professional. Members friendly. Nicest people in Murrieta goes to this gym and I hope it stays this way.

I cancelled my account back in January, yet my account has been deducted every month, I finally was able to get through today only to be told that my account was not cancelled and I would have to go through all the cancellation procedures all over again. Once I finally did get the cancellation to go through they charged my account again. I will never sign up for this gym again.

I love this gym! I've been here for a few years now and am very happy. Cindy's aerial yoga class is amazing!! I also enjoy Julianne and Melissa's spin classes. Ingrid's strength and core classes are great too! All of the instructors are very friendly and I feel so at home here. "Free guest Saturdays" are also a huge plus!!

Used to have great classes at 530 pm but since changed to all Zumba. It sucks so over Zumba and want to be dancers

Powerhouse Gym is the best gym in the area. Hands down, no questions asked. The staff here is awesome, the upkeep of equipment is superb, and they are always adding new goodies. I love being a member here.

I have always hated going to the gym because you pay even if you don't go. Powerhouse has options of plans that fit you.....the Zumba classes are fantastic. Isabel is the best ever, she shows the steps you will be doing so you can keep up. I am excited and look forward to her classes...she makes you want to exercise. Great variety of machines for whatever you want to work on, which is also fantastic!

Gym is nice and clean and hardly ever busy. The staff could definitely be nicer, even just a "hey, hi, hello" or have a great day would be a nice touch. Otherwise there's really no interaction with them at all...
Equiptment is top notch and maintainable is on it if there are any issues! Loving this gym so far!

I joined Powerhouse Gym when it was previously known as NC3 Fitness. This facility is exceptional with regards to cleanliness, floor layout, LED lighting, equipment and supporting fitness programs like yoga (including inversion yoga), aerobics, Zumba, Silver Sneakers, regulation boxing ring, childcare, etc.
They are highly responsive to maintenance and repair issues which provides minimal down time with their equipment. Recently, they had the entire floor equipment pads reupholstered to textured black covers...very nice and compatible with a new look, truly professionally done like original issue.
One of the amazing features to this facility is the hours they are open...24/7, with few holidays to change this practice, nice! Big shoutout to Nick, Zach, Chase and supporting staff. Keep up the great work folks, you are a sustaining success my friends.

I love this gym! been coming for over 2 years since before they changed over from NC3. I love the layout and variety of equipment. Patrons and staff are friendly, never had a bad experience interacting with anyone. yes, some people just want to zone out and not be bothered during their workout but will still spot you or say a quick hi and share equipment. Read a lot of other people's reviews and simply can't agree. Be patient with the staff and they will be friendly and solve your problems. The only thing negative is it does get very warm in there, they only run ceiling fans, but most people are wearing sweatsuits anyway and don't seem to mind. I tend to get a little too hot anytime especially in the summer it's blazing hot in there. They are affordable, clean, offer childcare, showers, lockers, dry sauna, massage chairs, tanning bed, and lots of aerobic classes. Wish they had a jacuzzi that would make it perfect, but in all a great comfortable place to workout and build your body.

I have been going to this gym for over a year now, every one has been professional and the facilities have been clean. The only issue I had was the air yoga class, they charged a 5dollar fee for my wife, not me just my wife not sure why but o'well. if that is my only complaint then I'm doing good. I like this gym and all the people who attend are nice folks.

Worst gym I've ever belonged to! Equipment is old and always "out of order. The locker room is filthy. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, especially upper management. Do Not Join This Gym!! You get what you pay for.

The staff is awful. Bring your own head phones cause music sucks. You can have the fattest pump of your life and you're shooting for a new max when all the sudden some simpin Charlie Puthe song comes on and ruins your hype. and this gym over charges in comparrison to Crunch Fitness and other local gyms. finally canceled my membership today, which they purposely make the hardest thing in the world (exaggeration of course but it is hard af)

I liked this place well enough when it was NC3, I was a member probably 3 years ago. I'm giving a 2 star rating now simple because they don't offer any sort of trial membership now that I'm back in town and looking for a new gym. The young man who answered the phone said if I wanted to check the gym out it would be a $10/day charge. Instead I'll be checking out all their local competition to decide where to sign up at.
Hopefully my review will inspire the new ownership will rethink their policy and allow potential new customers a single day pass
