I opened a new account, I changed my mind about going here and cancelled in person the next 2 days. They gave me hard time with cancelling continuing to ask "why cancel already?" After 3-4 attempts it was successful. Finally it was cancelled, I asked for paperwork of the confirmation of the cancellation and he said simply "Sorry we're out of paper". Let me ask, what kind of fitness center does not have paper, are they for reals that busy for business. This was last month, I got my refund after the cancellation: Initiation fee and monthly fee BUT this month fitness 19 charged me again for each person we opened the account for (3). I do not know if Fitness 19 will charge me again next month and so forth. I did called the bank and was told you were able to block the charges from Fitness 19, of course i did that. Totally do not recommnend,
