Love this place! Instructors are positive and high energy, very friendly. Music is really fun to get you in the mood to work hard. They keep the lights low and the room is a perfect temp, warm enough to loosen up but not so hot I'm sweating my face off.... more

Very friendly, helpful staff. The entire facility was clean and just overall great. The class was great wasn't sure what to expect never done hot yoga so I was nervous but I felt comfortable enough to not over do myself to try and keep up with everyone.... more

The flow hot yoga class is awesome and every instructor I have had has been great. I will go back for sure. Love it. It's not too hot but hot enough to make you SWEAT!!!! Took my first class today and I loved every bit of it.... more
