If you are seriously considering a yoga practice Light on Yoga is the place. I have been a student of this teacher for 20 years. She is extremely knowledgeable of Iyengar yoga. It's the safest and most life changing yoga for any age group. A true Gem in Glendale.

The best things in life are generally not going to be found on youtube or the like. You don't find them searching the web or advertised on billboards. They come to you through grace, a mere twist of fate that offers you an opportunity that might be life-altering. Light on Yoga is in truth a one-woman shop, where the experience of truth, of the essence of what yoga is, defines the mission of a talented, dedicated and knowledgeable teacher. The secret is out, but really, how many people open their ears to hear what isn't broadcasted on the nightly news?
