Great, small gym without all the ridiculousness you see at other gyms around LA. I love it because it's one of the few gyms that have a basketball court, which was a big selling point.... more

The training here is the best for its price 60 for a month And 25 for a private session Very good trainers too.My son really enjoys it..Really good training for all age groups. Trainer's are really good with the kids.... more
Amazing classes and instructors. I wish the studio had a location on the west side near Santa Monica or in Mar Vista..They are nice group of welcoming staff. I wish the room was a bit larger and cooler but most of the instructors are professional and encouraging.... more
Only thing I liked about here were some of the trainers' personalities..This place is amazing. Friendly, clean, and modern this facility will whip you into shape. You can attend a number of crossfit classes throughout the day or if you feel like you crossfit intimidates you in any way there are crosstrain classes available.... more
Bladium is by far the best sports club in the Bay Area! There's no wait time for treadmills! Which is a plus versus other fitness clubs. I've been a member for 2yrs now and I honestly don't have any complaints.... more

There are only about 3 classes a day, one in the morning and two in the afternoon so the evening ones are too crowded that you can't even stretch out your arms without touching the sweaty person next to you.... more
I have not been there before i workout at home.Great place for a quick workout! I prefer the 45 minute classes.This is by far my favorite workout class in LA . The front desk staff and the trainers are the nicest, the studio is always clean, and after being a member there for four months, I'm in the best shape of my life.... more

I actually use this gym to take hip-hop classes from Sam Allen and Nico O'Conner, who actually teach studio-level hip-hop classes. I have been to other gyms before where the classes are more hip-hop aerobics, so it's great to truly get choreographed dance routines up to 5 times a week for one low monthly fee.... more
My niece and I really enjoyed our first crossfit class experience. Everyone was so friendly and supportive. The crossfit coach was really nice and encouraging. He explained the exercises well and we were able to follow.... more
Coach Dan does not have the proper attitude to teach young children and teens jujitsu. My children trained here for over 2 years and had a fantastic experience until he took over these classes.... more
