Great, small gym without all the ridiculousness you see at other gyms around LA. I love it because it's one of the few gyms that have a basketball court, which was a big selling point. The staff is pretty friendly, and it never gets uncomfortably crowded. The rates are better than a lot of places I looked at, and there's plenty of parking.
I just wish they had room for a few more machines (like rowing and flying leg curl) and the basketball court schedule was posted online ( the court gets filled up for games and practice during league seasons).
Great place, staff extremely friendly and understanding. This place has everything you will ever need when looking to work. The prices are also really great and sometimes they'll even give you a discount
Staff is friendly. Some of the platforms are a little uneven from the weight dropping on it. If you are looking for free weight excersize, this place is really good. 3 caged squat racks, 2 bench presses, and 4 weightlifting platforms. Racks are usually open.
Great community area. Has basketball courts, (1 full size) a weight room, and a room filled with treadmills. Not to mention an outfoor area with a punching bag. Also has community basketball games on Tuesdays (Sign up required).

This is my gym spot I got to be here at least 4 days out the week working out great friendships and it's something in life I got to have I enjoy it and recommend it to others

DC Fitness provides a convenient, clean, and solid workout experience incorporated into the local community of the Dream Center and neighborhood. While the gym is a little small compared to large workout centers, this gym provides a wide variety of hours and has a good culture that allows for everyone to share equipment and space very well. I've had great workouts every time I come here.
