IT IS CLOSED. I WENT THERE EARLY THIS MORNING AND THERE WAS A NOTE ON THE DOOR SAYING THAT IT WAS CLOSED DOWN IMMEDIATELY.
Sadly had to change my rating because they changed there childcare without any notice to parents. I brought my child in august and was unable to workout because the children's area was closed for the month. An email warning me of this change ahead of time would be appreciated. I took the month off and returned to find the kids club hours are by appointment only and evenings are no longer included. What about moms that want to workout in the evening/ night?
I was invited to take a Monday morning African dance class. It was taught by a beautiful, talented and spiritual young lady named Nayre! Her class fed my soul as well as giving me a great workout! I can appreciate a good sweat. The gym is nice and having a sauna to relax and stretch was a great bonus after an amazing workout. I looked into the spa services for my next visit. They where very affordable not over priced. I left the gym feeling more appreciative of the word ABUNDANCE. Total Woman gym +spa is worth the membership!
Great place. Love it. But I feel pressured to get the trainer. I just want to go and exercise on my own but every time I go but I get this pressure. I paid for one training day but I m actually not interested. I possibly will cancel my membership.
Was visiting the area for a month. I did not realize that a gym/spa was attached, walked by it on several occasions. I like the fact that it offers child supervision for a fee while one receives services. I have not used that specific services but if is a plus for being offered. The physical gym itself appeared small in size, although I did not use the gym service. I used the Spa for Massage Treatment Therapy. Perhaps for a 1st time customer some initial form of a treat/small gift and/or short tour should be offered upon booking your 1st service/on arrival. The entry way/lobby could be a smidge more inviting, ie, zen feeling/look or inviting music. Overall the therapist was good. Also it appeared as if I couldn't pay for 2 things together & had to be charges separately for tipping & making a purchase for another item...Perhaps system could be more user friendly & allow certain or all transactions on 1 bill/cash out

I used to come here and I absolutely miss it :( it's a great place to work out, honestly. I love that it's clean and there are no wait lines to use the machines. The staff was super friendly, too... I highly recommend this place!

I love this gym, I started using it just over a year ago when I moved temporarily into the area and have nothing but positive things to say about the facility.
Firstly, the staff and very professional and friendly and the manager Shauna is a treat to deal with.
Secondly, the gym is clean, tidy and smells great. The equipment seems to be new with a small but good selection of weight training material and aerobic exercise equipment. The classes are varied and the instructors professional and caring. I also love that it is never too overcrowded. You can pretty much get to work out on what you desire. The sauna and spa are also clean, nice locker system too. My only suggestion would be to extend the hours of closing to 10:00 pm or later if possible.
Overall, it has been a great relationship. Had to leave as I moved out of the area. I'm hoping that my new gym is as good.

I recently moved back to this side of town and my gym membership from the Studio City location applied to this location so my initial reason for coming was for pure convenience. It's about 15 minutes away from my new place and just like the Studio City location, the parking here is super ample.
I love and hate the fact that this gym is super new. I love that the equipment is brand new, that the facilities are super clean and that not a lot of people know/come here. But on the flip side this place closes super early (9pm as opposed to the 11pm closing time at the Studio City location), the variety of classes they offer is limited, and the actual free-weights are limited (which they are working on. I did notice they added some kettle bells to their arsenal but they only go up to about 20 lbs, lightweights).
Some overall pro's that are specific to this location is no locks are needed (the lockers have individual combinations you enter to lock them), it's never all that crowded so plenty of time for you to utilize all the equipment, and it's located in a mall which is great for when you need to go work-out and grab dinner and or go shopping after.
I would totally be in love with this place if the hours were extended. But it's super convenient and sometimes that's just enough to keep a gal coming back.
PS: If you need to take your kids or in my case niece and nephew with you to the gym they do have a play area with supervision. Its only $4 for 2 hours or $7 for 2 children.
THIS IS THE VERY BEST GYM EVER!!! If I could give this place 10 out of 5 stars I would. This is soooo awesome for a woman! It is kept impeccably clean, includes locks on the lockers, steam room, sauna, fun classes, and wonderful spa services that can be included in your gym membership (THE BEST DEAL IN TOWN)! All of the workers are friendly and helpful, beautiful 5 star bathrooms & showers (what other gym can you say that about??), I could just go on and on. The only reason why a woman in the area would not be at this spa is because she just doesn't know about it. I have been a member at 24hr, L.A. Fitness, Planet Fitness, YMCAs, etc. etc. and hands down this Total Woman's Spa Gym is the BEST gym ever for a woman. I am a lifer here!
