Always the best for a hot sauna before a workout and clean bubbling Spa afterwards.Clean, friendly. There are a lot of good classes offered. They recently moved/removed equipment and that was kind of a negative, but they are quick to repair machines.... more
They don't cover the outside pool every night so it gets cool.I have been a member of all 3 Twin Arbor gyms for 30 years. I swim in the pool at the Tennis Club in Lodi. The staff at this facility are exceptional.... more
Wants us all to get COVID.need better people at the front counter..Every piece of equipment you can think of for every muscle and a variety of group classes. The staff are all friendly and very helpful and membership rates are low.... more
Its very affordable. Has friendly staff. And has really nice equiptment.If you know how to workout, you only need a few machines. If you're some one that wants classes then you won't find them here.... more
