Every piece of equipment you can think of for every muscle and a variety of group classes. The staff are all friendly and very helpful and membership rates are low.

I love working out here and the people here are welcoming and I can always get in a good workout. And Larry Dubb is one of the best trainers yet and he hosts these amazing fit camps. Come check it out.

This Fitness System has a friendly and helpful staff with a wide range of equipment and rooms. If I were reviewing solely based on equipment and space, this would be a more positive review, however Fitness System has a few money traps that left me with a bad feeling. There's a $50 maintenance fee on top of monthly membership that was conveniently charged in the second month of my membership. They also have a 30 day cancellation requirement that essentially tricks members into paying an extra month when they go to cancel. This is a gym membership, not a lease; there's no reason for this and I had to pay for an entire month I didn't attend the gym, as I moved away. Furthermore, the classes were kinda disappointing and the locker room literally smelled like poop every day. It was great to have a sauna, however, the temp was too low and the clientele did not understand how to use it.

The most complete gym as far as equipment for someone doing some serious lifting, but the gym has very poor clean service especially the bathroom's and also very poor maintenance.

Conveniently charged in the second month of my membership. 30 day cancellation that they don't tell you about when you sign up? Great way to trick members into paying an extra month. Also, this is a gym membership, not a lease; there's no reason for this and now I have to pay for an entire month I won't be attending the gym. The classes were disappointing. The locker room literally smells like poop every day. The clientele is classic central valley bros. Sauna's temp too low. On the contrary, the front desk staff was friendly and they have a wide variety of equipment.

If you have almost 10 racks where I can squat. It's a 5 star no brainer. Plus 24 hours! Best gym in Lodi.

Very unprofessional, they should have disclose everything that you gonna pay by the emoployees rather than just tell you to just check the boxes and not explain what that is and than find out they are also gonna charge you $108 for a maintenance fee 2 months latet. They also called me to update my payment a month later and told me over the phone that they are gonna waive me the fee, because I was told about the fee but to find out they still are charging me for it . That's not right ! Gonna not recommend this place to any of my customers !

Husband and I joined in January we have both gave away 25 lbs gained strength and toned love that it is a 24 hour gym helpful staff,love it.

Summer and Bailey are my favorite!! I like the new suana and the basketball floor, great and well organized floor layout. Sean is also cool plus its 24 hours which is awesome!!

My husband and I moved to Lodi and wanted to try this Gym out specially because they had a daycare are. We signed a contract with them that we could have cancelled in writing, but every time called or went in person the staff told us that my husband had to cancel it in person. Due to his disability and a surgery it was extremely hard for him to ever go in in person, This was since Nov. 2014.
Later we moved out of town and keep on calling the gym and peddling to have them cancel our membership because money keep on being taken out of our account. The staff told us over and over again that my husband had to cancel it in person. Due to the fact that we moved 2hrs away and my husband is still disable we decided to call our bank and have them stop the automatic payments. BUT three months later my husband received a call from a collection agency. We were sent to collections by Fitness Systems in Lodi!!
We have tried to negotiate with Danny (Manager), but we have not come to an agreement. This issue could have been solved long time ago if the staff of Fitness Systems in Lodi was well informed and have taken the to read their own contract. Last week I received a copy of their contract and it clearly states that my husband could have cancelled the membership IN WRITING!
