Always the best for a hot sauna before a workout and clean bubbling Spa afterwards
Clean, friendly. There are a lot of good classes offered. They recently moved/removed equipment and that was kind of a negative, but they are quick to repair machines. I love the group exercise room because it's a calm place to do some mat work. The trainers are all really nice and open to help. The pool is great and the hot tub is huge. A lot of lockers to choose from.

It's a great place to exercise,strengthen,heal and feel comfortable, there was a woman taking pictures in the lady's room and the other women let her know that wasn't acceptable, I appreciate that xo.

Great facility, great environment. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The equipment is well maintained. The gym is also kept very clean.

This gym seems to work for me. It's not too noisy with blaring music or televisions and it seems to be pretty clean. Staff seems happy and ready to help. It's my favorite gym in Lodi. Only one negative: need fans upstairs, please.

needs more cameras inside the gym. Yesterday someone stole my headphones.. when I was training. People need to be careful because some people who go there are criminals. People who take something that dont belong to them that's thief. I thought that place was safer and the manager need more training to speak and solve problems. The manager just told me why did I left my headphones there.. she told me in shape is not responsible for that.. I didnt try to blame for that.. I just told her if she can see on their cameras who took it. I just trying to let her know that something is happening. This time was me.. bud can be another one soon.

You can find me here by the abdominal area staring into the vast blue pool that they also have that Fitness Galaxy does not have. You can even say hi to me too but I may be smelly.

Great local gym. Most of the employees take their jobs seriously and serve the members well. Equipment is maintained regularly and down times are short when something breaks. Classes are fun and new ones are occasionally added. Only critique would be that new/diversified equipment is never added.

I'm fairly new here, and the guys at the front desk looked at me weird when I was trying to find out how to check in... as if I was already supposed to know. I assume they were not happy about their conversation being interrupted.
Lodi In-Shape provides excellent customer service, friendly staff, and good workout equipment for beginners to advanced. The gym is always clean and maintained to high standards. Kids-Club is ran by the most kindest and trustworthy staff there is, my daughter is cared for and loved. Best gym and service I have ever experienced.
Gym is nice the weight are nice traing is cool but spas need to be clean other that that it's alright

This is my first week but I am very impressed with the cleanliness and very nice locker room and shower. I really enjoyed the pool. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Casey signed me up and he was very polite and took time to answer questions. Thanks to a welcoming gal at front desk too. Looking forward to getting totally inshape!
