Very aged equipment. Poor maintenance. Running at speed 8 on treadmill and the machine comes to a full stop. Not just one treadmill. Rowing machine broken for months. Reported issues several times. I guess someone seriously needs to get injured before they make a move

This 24 hours is actually open 24 hours a day. Since it is a super sport, it has towel service. The front staff is helpful and welcoming. Compared to other local gyms, this one is less packed. Has a great variety of machinery and weights to choose from. There's also a stretching area on the 2nd floor behind the treadmills and a studio. The steam room and sauna appear to be clean all the time as well as the restrooms and showers.

I would give this facility zero stars, but I did enjoy the racquetball court. Although you must sign up I still had a good time. Everything else is bad from the staff to the equipment. My first time at this facility no clean towels, and the staff seemed very careless. People were walking in no phone number and Index print required. This facility needs new management, new equipment, and hire staff who care to provide quality service. Shame on you 24 hour this is not a SUPER SPORT.

they wouldve gotten a 3 star but today I went to this location expecting to use the multi purpose room and to my surprised, it was locked when I have never seen it locked before. Staff said it is only for classes but many members have always used it for workouts before.

I love this gym!! They have the very best equipment, the Staff is very friendly and helpful, plus their Personal Trainers are of the highest caliber!!!!

Would give this place a five star except they don't keep it clean.
So disappointment for my Daughter. She going this gym so we could work out together. Seems every few weeks they have to close down the child day care Because of diseases like the hand mouth disease, Which requires a diagnosis from a doctor and lab work, lice, etc.
It's had the hand foot and mouth disease 3 or 4 times that I know of. Concerning to take our granddaughter there.
Most of the staff is very nice. Door people are very nice

Only been to this location a few times and it's clean and new although can get very crowded during usual peak times. No wifi here. Friendly staff
Some specs: 7 bench press, 3 squat racks, 2 cable fly, tons of cardio but no curved treadmill, spin and cardio rooms, basketball and racket ball courts.

Would like to give a special Thanks to Reggie Middleton.He's always upbeat and is down to do what ever it takes to make your Gym visit a pleasure. One time I was on the rowing machine and I noticed a screw on the floor by the treadmill so I called because I was working out and I told him what had happened. He came up totally prepared he had a paper and pen and tape so that he could properly labeled the equipment has broken. Whenever you need anything he's the go to man as far as I'm concerned. One time when I was downstairs lifting weights I Saw Reggie running too the basketball courts with a concerned look on his face there was a small child in there. He immediately got the child to a safe location.
Reggie is always doing something I never see him talking excessively to his coworkers . There has been some occasions when I needed to ask a question and I had to wait tell some do your coworkers would stop their conversation about nonsense to ask a question regarding the gym.

This place is fabulous. Huge like a mall, they got everything you're looking for when it comes to amenities and updated equipment. Free parking and plenty of it in a nice shopping center

Overall, this gym is nice but what really made the experience for me was working with Jeremy today. Jeremy did a personal training session with my boyfriend and I and he kicked my butt (in a good way). Jeremy may be hard of hearing but that doesn't stop him from being an amazing coach. He always helped me maintain the proper form (something I'm not normally good at). He is very encouraging, motivating and really wants to help people get the best out of their workouts. If you are looking for a trainer, Jeremy is your guy! Thanks Jeremy!

I've been a member since the club opened, and I'm NOT HAPPY!!! The place is filthy, truck stops have cleaner shower facilities, the sauna is constantly broken / out of order, the Jacuzzi / spa, when it works. is disgusting with a constant brown foam covering it, there is a build-up of dust / on ledges and high reach areas of the gym, I understand it is a high use facility, SO CLEAN MORE OFTEN!!!!! And there is no excuse for amenities like the spa or sauna not working for days on end, there isn't anything that cant be replaced or repaired in 24 hours , no pun intended, PLEASE get it together or this member wont be a member for long.
