This is hands-down the BEST CrossFit gym. The coaching is excellent and personal, and you will not find such a close-knit and supportive community anywhere else. The programming is SO GOOD, you will definitely get leaner, stronger, and faster while having FUN! I've tried out other gyms and this one is seriously on another level; if you are lucky enough to live in the area, look no further, THIS IS THE ONE! I've unfortunately since moved out of the state but I drop into CFI whenever I visit and still look back on the time I got to spend here fondly.... more

Easy to rent kayaks or paddle boards and great paddling into the backbay. I always bring visiting guests as they are impressed with our beaches and backbay! Slightly pricey so as soon as you are off the water, turn your stuff in so the timer stops.... more
Love Mixx Yoga. For a former athlete coming back to working out routinely, this was a perfect solution for me to add to my weekly schedule. I loved that I can feel my flexibility increase with each workout and still get those bursts of cardio and strengthening throughout the session.... more
