Easy to rent kayaks or paddle boards and great paddling into the backbay. I always bring visiting guests as they are impressed with our beaches and backbay! Slightly pricey so as soon as you are off the water, turn your stuff in so the timer stops.... more

You can go at your own pace but the coaches are still very encouraging. Love the monitor system as well.. OTF is highly motivational and excessively fun, which makes working out sustainable.... more
A great place to work out. if you have ever been to a 24 hour fitness etc, you wont find people sitting around on the equipment staring at their cell phones. People also clean up after themselves.... more
The staff are super friendly, the music is great, and the workouts are tough! Definitely a fun, high energy place to get a good workout in :). Very small waiting area and only one bathroom stall!... more

This gym is my second home! Great community feel, comfortable for all levels. I've made a lot of progress and learned a lot about my body in the last year as a member. . Wow. This was intense! Had a horrible experience at that club, its harder to get out of that Club MEMBERSHIP THAN TO GET A DIVORCE. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!! the people who work there are super deceiving and not trustworthy they will ask for your credit card info and just take out your money plus hard to schedule if you are a beginner.... more

Teacher was rude, a student took a sip of water and got called out because it was not during a break, teacher acted as if the student interrupted the class, I have never been to a studio where they don't let you drink water or take breaks as everybody operates differently.... more
