Easy to rent kayaks or paddle boards and great paddling into the backbay. I always bring visiting guests as they are impressed with our beaches and backbay! Slightly pricey so as soon as you are off the water, turn your stuff in so the timer stops.... more

A great place to work out. if you have ever been to a 24 hour fitness etc, you wont find people sitting around on the equipment staring at their cell phones. People also clean up after themselves.... more

Yoga studio is so clean, warm, & inviting from the moment you walk in the front door. All the instructors are so knowledgeable & they really make each class centered around making it the best possible class for the people that come attend.... more
Teacher was rude, a student took a sip of water and got called out because it was not during a break, teacher acted as if the student interrupted the class, I have never been to a studio where they don't let you drink water or take breaks as everybody operates differently.... more
Very disappointed in how they're handling sign up for classes. Total dishonesty . I've talked to manager on this and no action has been taken.. I am a long time member of this gym.... more
