Caffe Yoga is amazing! The sound healing event I went to that had acupuncture from Healing Roots Acupuncture was awesome! I highly recommend trying the sound healing and the acupuncture!
I adore this studio! The people, classes, events, and overall vibes are just what you need to connect back to your self. Thank you Caffe Yoga for providing this space for the community.

I can't say enough about this very special yoga studio! The decor is unlike anything you will see in competing studios. The moment you walk in the door, the visual atmosphere grabs your attention and the ambiance oozes spiritual vibes which add, at least for me, a much needed dimension to my yoga practice. I have been in class with basically every instructor at Caffe Yoga and they are genuine, kind, positive, encouraging, and inspirational. I especially respect how practitioners at Caffe Yoga are encouraged to link the their movements to breath. It has been my experience at other studios that instructors try to speed you through a sequence of movements and poses without ever saying a word about the importance of the breath; trying to pack too much into a class. Not at Caffe Yoga! The owner has nailed it! Balance! There is an assortment of classes, scheduled throughout the day. "Rise and Shine, It's Vinyasa Time" and "Align and Flow 1/2 Hot" are my favorites. There have been days where I have been so inspired in one class, that I would stay for the next. I absolutely love this place!
