Always clean. Employees are always nice. Never over crowded when I go. And most people mind their own business. I like that it's 24 hours.

Nice Gym. Lots of purple for sure. Looks like a gym that Prince help design. Good rates and very clean. After your done with your hard workout, you can stop and have a nice hot cheesy pizza at Little Ceasars.

The staff is very nice and friendly. The facility is always clean. I'm usually there to workout at 3:30am. Always greeted with a friendly smile. Wish the barbells had a few more heavier weights. Otherwise, I enjoy each visit

Another good PF location, Friendly staff and well kept. Slightly visited by more members throughout the days than I'm used to but still able to get a good workout.

So I like this place the staff are very friendly anytime I brought up concerns they're always willing to help plenty of workout machines they're always cleaning the machines and wiping stuff down,if you get a chance come join this place and I'm not just saying it, keep up the good work

This gym sucks, is missing sow much equipment i stragle, is clearly poor. San Diego are way better...im just kiting and going home...

Love it . They are so kind. They have everything you need to get freshened up and they don't bug you about how long you're there as long as you have a membership . They also will let you use the restroom if you don't have a membership too.

Too many guys doing personal training w 3-4 people at a time. I'd like to get in and out but I can't. Staff doesn't enforce any rules. I'm going elsewhere

I had no complaints, and actually liked them on Yelp until I left my unbrella there. I called and the staff put it behind the counter until I came back to get it, Well in less than a week they threw it in the trash, that was wrong to do to a loyal customer!

Great gym.....love the black card extras. The hydro massage beds are amazing!!!! Great staff way better then LA fitness. Best place in town

Well, they earned my 5 star rating. After one year being opened, all the equipment looks very good. Like all the clubs. Got all gym membership works very well for me. Thanks, Planet Fitness....

PF was beyond my expectations. I had no idea it was so big and had so many options. I belong to 2 other gyms in town and PF is my default gym. I love the lunk alarm. Can't stand at the other gyms where the lunks are slamming down the weights to make sure everyone sees the weight they are lifting. So ridiculous. No pressure or judging at PF. enjoy!!

Early morning are the best.. They have peek graphs to go off & its very accurate I have been a member since they opened and have refereed and recommended this gym over the others in the area. As far as security and safety well if you lived here more then five years you make yourself aware of your surroundings and place valuables out of sight, not forgetting to lock or arm your vehicles. Whether in the valley or in Beverly Hills you should use that discernment. There is security cameras and a security guard that walks the plaza encouraging those unfriendlies to keep passing thru.

Love this gym! WAY more affordable than other gyms, which is great for people like me who have a low budget. Good variety of equipment, always clean, & I love the extra little perks that come with being a Black Card member! Highly recommended.

Very clean gym, especially the bathrooms it's not over crowded, I wished they had more squat racks (not the smith machines) and heavier dumbells, the starff is very friedly!

I've been to other similar gyms in town. This is definitely the nicest and seems to have more equipment than any where el.

Fitness 19 sold all of our memberships to Planet Fitness. So far I am liking it a lot better. It's very clean, the staff is very helpful and it's an all-around better gym

The pros of having a planet fitness membership, is that they have a lot of great working treadmills. Powerhouse gym does not. The cons are that the free weights dont exceed 60lbs. Powerhouse gym does. Therefore, I have both memberships, because I benefit from both tremendously.

The music that plays stinks and it's way too loud very annoying. Also a lot of people sit on machines and text instead of actually doing any exercising also very annoying.

Just joined and was hoping for a trainer as advertised. None available. Staff very nice, and they gym is kept clean and well maintained. The bathrooms are clean which is important to me. I asked about the parking lot today which has broken glass and trash all over it. No one knew the person to contact to clean it up. The gym keeps their front walk clean although their neighbors do not.

Not that I want to advertise, because I like going in here and having easy access always to a treadmill. They have a HydroMassage that is excellent post workout, for another $10 a month it's well worth it

I love the gym itself. But the "zombie people" as the staff calls them are a bit scary. They aggressively approach your vehicle most of the time before I even have a chance to get out of it asking for money and continue to follow you talking stuff because you said no. Maybe they should offer a self defense course using the parking lot as their training grounds.
