This school is much more than a martial arts dojo. Professor Haslam has used over 50 years of training and research to develop a scientific system of violent criminal assault survival for civilians that incorporates physical techniques, strengthening, improving coordination and balance, and knowledge of physics, anatomy, psychology, basic criminology, and applicable law. There are classes for kids and adults.

This is my first time experience in Karate studio and I was very Impressed on how the The Facility and staff are very friendly and willing to help in any way they can i tried out all the classes. I felt very welcome and very Eager to come back .Im loving the T'ai Chi class it is helping me improve my balance , gain strength ,I'm Currently also taking Adult classes in self defense and Home Invasion Defense, Firearm Awareness/ Safety it's a great place for all ages and families ... come check it out Thank you

Excellent instruction and instructors! In depth explanations of the hows and whys of a violent criminal attack. This is real world self defense focusing on the psychological and physical aspects of how to not only overcome a would be attacker but also any obstacles in life.
