Good class good Ididnt know much about martial arts I have been to all the classes it offers and learn a lot all really good classes.

This is my first time experience in Karate studio and I was very Impressed on how the The Facility and staff are very friendly and willing to help in any way they can i tried out all the classes. I felt very welcome and very Eager to come back .Im loving the T'ai Chi class it is helping me improve my balance , gain strength ,I'm Currently also taking Adult classes in self defense and Home Invasion Defense, Firearm Awareness/ Safety it's a great place for all ages and families ... come check it out Thank you
