A month and a week later, I am shocked how effective Yoga is.
I went there to learn breathing but I found out that I felt so much better, I decided to take even more classes.
I get it, it is Hemet. People should not care about their health but I feel these people are doing the most amazing community service by helping people to get healthy for almost free.
Every teacher that I had so far, are amazing and dedicated to help and promote health.
I absolutely love it.
