I absolutly live this particular in shape city they are always very friendly and its always clean this one has a large indoor pool so its nice to b able to work on my legs in the water and it dosnt hurt my back i love the steam room and the jacuzzi it also has a sauna and lots of other fitness equiptment i love this place its my serenity!.... more
Great staff, awesome equipment and an overall great atmosphere to workout in.. Great place to work out , staff is a different issue don't seem like care to help much unless you're paying for extra service... more
Great location . Exclent use of space. Great staff and after being down for a extended period, the best steam room in the area.. Enjoy coming here in the mornings, small gym but does contain your main equipment needed to work out.... more
