Wonderful atmosphere, keeps you motivated and pushes you. I hate working out; but I really look forward to the classes I feel so much better when I'm done. It is so worth it when I come to one of the classes; either kick boxing or weight training.... more

Because it's good for the body..... I've been a member of Kings gym for about 5 years and have ZERO complaints! Gym atmosphere is excellent, trainers and members are all very friendly, equipment is top notch and always kept very clean.... more
