the shampoo smells good even though i've never used it. but its good. The staff is awesome! The vibe is really nice - this is a very social and laid back gym. The routes are better here IMO than in other gyms .... more
I have really enjoyed my time exercising with the Jimmy and the trainers at Fitness for Life.. We quit hb because the owner son didn't know how to work while sparring, went to hard, seen him almost knock/hurt unexperience kids, his son is a amateur fighter with more than 10 fight.... more

Fair prices friendly staff and a lot better than Planet Fitness they gave me a one-week trial pass when they only were supposed to give me a one-day Planet Fitness doesn't even that let you try out their gym once before you have to sign a contract they also gave me three Fitness classes for free and that's before I even joined I was shown around the gym by a very friendly girl on the staff and always feel welcome here.... more

Fair. Has what you need. Down side. The other fit republic had more weights if I am using a machine the ones next to me won't have any weights. bathrooms could be cleaned. Not my style will stick to the other one.... more
Small gym with barbells, medicine balls, tractor tires, squat racks, jump ropes, and arm wrestling tables. There's a secluded roadway for running or jogging.. Went in for a free work out session.... more
If I could, I'd give them no stars. They were charging me for months even though I already cancelled my membership. When I called to talk to them, they said they'd refund me the money.... more
Nothing fancy but every piece of equipment and tons of space. Plus lots of handball rooms incase youve been on state vacation and learned that sport. Staff is great too. I was a long term member here and at the Blackstone location.... more
I toured by myself a couple of months ago. Excellent number of machines are new but a couple of weight stack pins and seat pins are missing. Showers and locker room look a little dirty so I will go home to shower.... more
