I have been apart of the Fitness Grind family for eight months now and I absolutely Love It!!! It has had such a Positive, Healthy, Life changing experience for me! I truly feel Blessed and Honored to be a part of such an Amazing establishment!!! I started off at 312 lbs and contemplating weight-loss surgery because I seriously felt at a loss with my efforts of losing weight and living a healthier life style. I tried diets and going to the gym and nothing same to work for me, I felt uncomfortable and judged when I would go to the gym, so it would make me stop going. It wasn't until my boss recommended his nutritionist and fitness trainer Felix Gonzalez to me that I finally found what I had been looking for all along!!! Everyone at Fitness Grind are so welcoming and kind, they are people who encourage you and help you reach your goals, not once have I felt judged or uncomfortable while doing me workout routines. And that is saying a lot. I'm now down to 250 lbs and still going strong!!! I know I still have a long journey ahead of me but with coach Felix and Coach Ralphy at my side along with the rest of the Fitness Grind family I know I will accomplish my goals to a fitter, healthier lifestyle!!!!
I lost 20 pounds, Felix is a great motivator and balances encouragement with accountability very well. He is extremely knowledgeable and is always willing to help you overcome your negative "I Cant's". If you are looking for a place to start your journey to better health you couldn't do better than "Fitness Grind and Performance!
Start going in April and have lost 30 pounds! This place is amazing, Great people and an amazing staff. My daughters even love coming to the gym with me.

Poor business practices stopped me from returning to this studio. There seemed to always be an answer for even simple requests like "Can I get a receipt?" Everything was 'later'. I became more concerned when I tried to find out what credentials the studio had in their training staff online. I did not feel comfortable returning.
