Fair prices friendly staff and a lot better than Planet Fitness they gave me a one-week trial pass when they only were supposed to give me a one-day Planet Fitness doesn't even that let you try out their gym once before you have to sign a contract they also gave me three Fitness classes for free and that's before I even joined I was shown around the gym by a very friendly girl on the staff and always feel welcome here.... more

Nice and affordable gym for everyone. Plenty of parking available any time. Good things about this gym is 24 hours.. Great for beginning or intermediate lifters. Good price too. Don't get pizza or bagels while you're here, and actually work out instead of just taking pictures/chatting and you'll see good results.... more

The associates have been running the business with little direction and insufficient funds to maintain the maintenance. It should be no surprise it is closing. One can't take away the kindness of person's running the front desk and their talented well trained instructors.... more

I love Dr Hayat but you cannot get a hold of the office. I was on an automated hold one time for 33 minutes and another time for 47 minutes to re schedule an appt. This was on an afternoon not on a Monday.... more

I toured by myself a couple of months ago. Excellent number of machines are new but a couple of weight stack pins and seat pins are missing. Showers and locker room look a little dirty so I will go home to shower.... more

Great place if you are into a acrobatics team that does nothing to promote teamwork or trust among teammates, allows constant bullying to happen, kids that are bunched in to the same class regardless of age or talent due to the fact they dont have enough members, then this is the place for you! My ten year old daughter after doing gymnastics her whole life we thought wed give this place a shot since it worked better with our schedule.... more

The place needs some remodeling. The workout equipment are old. To get to the other equipment pins are a must. In order to get the pins you need to turn in some kind of ID or keys to have access to more exercise equipment.... more
