If I could, I'd give them no stars. They were charging me for months even though I already cancelled my membership. When I called to talk to them, they said they'd refund me the money. I asked them to refund the amount back into the account that was debited from but they insisted on sending me a physical check. Months later and the check still hasn't arrived. Terrible customer service. Good luck to those that are still members of this gym.
Clovis site is pretty good, some minor maintenance issues on some machines, but nothing much. Great staff and GREAT trainers, AME Fitness.
Nice, clean gym. I like that they have a fitness theater to watch whatever movie they are showing that day while u work out on a few different machines. They also have the normal gym scene with nice equipment and plenty of them. They also offer classes which is nice. And the staff were pretty nice. Very good gym
Used this gym to get into a slightly better shape before boot camp. Was able to do so very well and with ease with their decent hours. Very pleased in the amount of machines. Also did not shy away from the importance of leg day either, still will be large amounts of chicken leg lifters out there though. Only problems are contracts and extra payments. While other gym don't charge extra for premium members more, they will find a way to trap you in something. They do every time . Just be careful and you will be fine.
This is probably my favorite location despite it not having a evo-fit area. It has the aerobics room which is always cool and is a nice place to do your individual yoga/stretching, leg lunges, squats etc..i haven't been to fig garden loop, but non of the other locations have a nice isolated area like this one. I also LOVE this locations cardio theater room. It's well ventilated. Some of the other locations cardio theater rooms are muggy. It'd be nice if all the theater rooms had floor fans or floor fans in the cardio equipment area for clients that need the cooling. This location might be small, but it's clean and less congested then some of the other locations surprisingly.
