The gym itself is really nice it has a pool a basketball court a sauna etc. We went ther with the three day trial but decided not signing up because of the price of roundabout $40 a month. At this point the guy who sells the membership got really mad and toked it personal. If you are able to spent this money . And need the court, the pool etc. than this could be the right place for you
Clean up your parking lot, looks like a homeless encampment!
When soccer is more important than getting me a towel
Manager stated that he is not there to protecting me
After getting harassed by one of the member who using up 2 machines at once, refuse to share, and then use foul language with threatening action . I brought up the issue to the manager immediately. manager approach that member, however he told me to step away, in a rude way, i disbelieve, I ask manager to talk with me in the office. While in the office he told me he is not there to protect me. I paid full premium money for low class service. I cut my service immediately, before I walk out of the office I told the manager I just want to let you know you're wrong. No apology to me. Getting 2X jabs in one event, ouch. For new member, Try it you might like it in low hour, but in high heavy hour traffic people get tick off easily.
I have been going to this gym for 2 months now and the staff is friendly and helpful and the complex is clean.
Favorite gym in the area. Clean, good basketballs, chill vibe.
24 Hours Fitness is just like highway robbery in a day light. You must go in with eyes wide open when signing your membership contract/ paperwork. They charge the member with $49 one time for membership fee and they also charge $49 for each member you add to your contract. $49 is yearly payment in addition to monthly fees of $40 for each. Managers are rude, unprofessional and have no respect for the members. Workout place and pool is dirty . I would not recommend this place if you wish to workout in a safe, clean , healthy and stress free workout

This place is super club, equipments are all up to date and overall club operating ok considering the amount of money you pay. If you are looking for more privacy and respect and wish to do exercise in hither environment, then you you need to upgrade to Irvine location

Great Super-sport level gym, with towel service, plenty of various equipment, and a nice staff doing a good job with the upkeep. Biggest issue is the horrible cell service available, with it dropping completely 15 feet past the front entrance. With several other super-sport level gyms offering wifi, this gym should get on board as well.

Nice. Clean. The set-up is fluid. I would tell you the down times but that would mak e it more crowded while I'm there ha ha. It's big enough to where even on the busy time you can still get a good workout in
Pretty good gym close to work. Makes it worth it when heading in sometimes to stop in and get a light workout before work.
Just took my 80-plus mother there to sign up with her silver sneaker card. They offered me a discount monthly if I signed up at the time. Very helpful Manager David helped us out. He showed us around. They have swimming yoga Pilates all the latest equipment and plenty of it. Very clean inside. Lots to do. They have personal trainers available. Looking forward to using the facility

Worst 24 hour Fitness I've ever been to. Half the showers had broken knobs that could not be used and the soap dispensers were all empty. The atmosphere here is very entitled and priveleged. The associates are rude, with an air that they're too good to work there. The weight area was full of predators and creeps. Been to nicer facilities in more down to earth cities that had a much better atmosphere. People here need to get off their high horse.
I'd give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the rampant theft. There are warnings in the locker room of theft. I didn't think I'd become a victim but recently my locker was broken into as well. My lock was a pretty good one too. Reported to the manager and the police but nothing can be done since there are no cameras in the locker room. I think the front needs to do a better job of checking people sign in. It's easy to go in unnoticed because they don't really pay attention. Often the server is down too so you have to sign in on a piece of paper which means anyone can go in without verifying they're really a member.
If i could give a 0 star I would. The lack of professionalism this place provides is insane! I signed up with Eric and he was in such a rush to get me to sign up he failed to mention a few things. 1 that i was going to get charged a $50 annual fee less than 3 months into my membership and that i was put in a year contract not month to month. I called questioning the annual fee and all they did was call me a liar and that they couldn't do anything about the fee. Keep in mind theyll charge first and last month, initiation fee, and annual fee. They'll take $235 within 3 months. Oh but rest assure youll get an old rag when you walk into the gym!. Save your money.
Newly opened full range sports gym, spacious interior with modern equipment, relatively clean, nice swimming pool and spa, well worth the money.
Newer, larger clean health club with pool, basketball court, cycle room for spin, 2 more large rooms for variety of classes and plenty of equipment for strength or toning. Friendly Instructors are available to answer questions and hire. Pool and sauna with towel service..
It's nice in the early morning. Doesn't start to get busy until around 6ish.
This is by far the best 24 hr fitness I've been to.
Every room is clean and looks inviting the equipment looks new and all the weights are in order. No need to look around for any dumbells or barbells. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and very attentive. Matt Baggett welcomed me to the gym and actually walked me around and showed me everything this gym had to offer. I bought my club membership at Costco and he informed me of membership benefits that I didn't even know about. I would definitely recommend THIS gym to anyone.
