I caught Marlene's class while in from out of town. I couldn't have felt more loved or welcomed - by everyone! She's encouraging, helpful, knowledgeable, gives everyone individual attention at the perfect times, has a great sense of humor and makes class fun! What a gem of a teacher and studio! Small, friendly cross fit gym. Been a member for over 5 years and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants good, but challenging workouts..
