Friendly staff, reasonable prices. Main gym is clean, I don't use the locker rooms so I can't comment. Some equipment is old, but it all works fine. I go to a 24 hour fitness everyday and i use different ones all the time throughout San Diego, Escondido, Orange County, and Hollywood.... more
I stopped by to see if Mission Viejo Family YMCA was open. This is a great place for the entire family. They have basketball, a small soccer arena and lots of other things to do. This YMCA is clean and we'll taken care of.... more
Very well kept clean it's very disciplined familly environment. Great owner and great service to the community. This is the cleanest, fun, and inviting gym environment period. I have been training here for a while and the coaches, staff, and people here are simply amazing.... more
I just finished taking a weekend Konnector seminar. It is a great upgrade to the Reformer. I am so glad I waited to buy the Konnector until after the class. I would have gotten some benefit from the system, but not nearly as much since I now understand the principles of why Konnector, have personally experienced it in many different exercises, and understand the basic mechanics of why you choose which strap, when to change the springs, etc.... more
Great yoga for any level. The venue is wonderful, well appointed, spacious, clean, with a welcoming staff. Modo offered my a very satisfying class.. Some staff are not customer service friendly.... more
Awesome studio. All of the instructors are good and friendly. Nice, new clean equipment. Great workout - I would recommend to everybody!. I was nervous to try Pilates because of the medieval looking machines but I am so glad I finally checked it out.... more
