MMT is the place to train at regardless of what level you're at! When looking for a gym the most important things to me are the skill level of the coaches, how comfortable you feel at the gym & the cleanliness of the place (especially if you're doing BJJ). MMT checks all those boxes n then some. No matter how many reviews you read there's no substitute for coming in n checking out the place yourself cause you'll see that the classes clearly speak for themselves!

alright, so I usually don't write reviews at all. But I have to tell you about this gym. first of all awsome people! (I am not just saying that because thats what people are suppose to say on a review) I am say this because the coaches are amazing. Frankie really kicks your butt in the kickboxing class, and so do the rest of the coaches!
the best part of MMT is that there are NO CONTRACTS, NO START UP FEES. This is great for my husband and I because he is in the military, and we will be moving next mid next year. I don't want to have to worry about cancelling contracts and so on.
Ok besides that, if you want to get a good work, burn calories and EVEN GET A FITNESS COACH, MMT can give that to you!
another best part, Frankie let my husband try the gym out for 3 days for free! (we signed him up right after!)

This place is amazing. Everyone here treats with respect and is a very welcoming environment. The trainers are all amazing and extremely knowledgeable in their craft. I'm glad to call MMT my home and everyone there family. Well maintained facility with everything you need.

Frankie and the trainers are always mixing up the exercises in the cardio classes to keep it new and interesting. 21 fit day with Mary and Max Slipchenko is a great way to kick start a workout routine. Comes with a nutrition plan that's not a diet. It teaches you clean eating habits that will continue after the plan ends. You'll see significant fat loss and strength gains.
Great facility/equipment. Coaches are amazing and will go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Absolutely LOVE this place!!
MMT fitness is more than just a gym. It is a Great environment with loving and caring staff and dedicated trainers. Whether I'm having a bad day or a good day, getting in some training at MMT fitness always makes my day better!!
