A grungy but very functional gym that specializes in boxing. There is also a workout area and several small boutique Studios within the facility. One of the Studios using the space was offering a boxing class to people with Parkinson's disease.... more

Probably the worst 24 hour I have been to. Its a hundred thousand degrees inside and 800% humidity 24/7. They have enough weight stations for 2 people. Its a joke. I dont want to wait thirty minutes for a flat bench to do free weights on.... more
