Stopped in for an EVO Sculpt class with Anna while on a short business trip. I've taken a lot of sculpt classes, and Anna was by far the best instructor, class, and overall workout I've had. Look forward to getting back there next time in Encinitas.
Amazing place & crew. Anna is possibly the most amazing human you'll meet, Chris is an energizer bunny who can accomplish a whole bootcamp class without a bead of sweat on his forehead and the rest of the crew are just outstanding. Get amongst it!

I absolutely love this place. I went couple of times during a short trip. The owners Anna and Chris are super welcoming and Anna did an amazing job at teaching. Sculpt class was absolute killer and the morning yoga with live DJ made my day. EVO - great concept. You can't change evolution, because evolution is change ;-).
Evolve Yoga is an amazing experience with some of the most wonderful teachers. You will leave there feeling refreshed and ready for anything. The owners are giving Encinitas a huge gift. If you have a the chance to check out this rad place you will not regret it, and you will not be able to stop going back. get moving :).
If you're anywhere close to this place and you don't check it out you're doing yourself a disservice. I consider myself a pretty fit fellow... an athlete even. I took the sculpt class today with Anna Spalding and it was incredible. Extremely challenging but doable for anyone, regardless of fitness level because although she pushes you, she gives options and makes everyone feel comfortable. I can't remember the last time I sweated so much and got so much out of a workout. Thank you evolve yoga and movement and thank you Anna!!! I'll be sure to try other classes soon.

Literally my favorite yoga studio in Southern California. Sweet small business owners, refreshing beverages on tap, fantastic instructors and serene facilities. I fell in love my first visit, which I can't say about anywhere else in San Diego County.
I grew up in Encinitas and have yoga-hopped my way around my whole life. Especially in recent years, with a yoga studio on every corner. But these days I find myself magnetized back to Evolve Yoga. The instructors vibrate with uplifting loving energy, especially the owner, Anna. I always leave drenched with renewed peace and a cleansed spirit. Thank you EvoLve!

What an incredible yoga studio! Evolve Yoga & Movement offers so many diverse classes to choose from (yoga, hip hop, sculpt, and the list goes on) and all the teachers have such a welcoming and caring approach. I recently took class with Anna Spalding (the owner) who creates the most warm, inclusive and authentic environment for any level of ability. If you are in the San Diego area this studio is a must try!!!
