Customer Service is not the best but the most craziest thing is that they steal your money without any concern. Do not sign up at Fit Republic. Fit Republic if you read me, please improve the way you train your staff, the way you treat your customer, and be clearer on your contract. Scamer.

Horrible company. Have been stealing money from me. I was told it would cancel automatically when Antioch closed. It didn't plus they hiked fee. One star bcuz I feel sorry for them
They won't even publish their phone numbers. Take your contract which they won't give you copy of to attorney. I am not the only one from Antioch they stole from. They will be out of business soon. You can't lie and steal forever. Plus filthy.

This review is not for this location specifically but for Fit Republic as a whole company. I was a member of the Vacaville location for a little over a year and when my membership expired I prepaid for another 15 month membership in full to save a little bit over the monthly payments. Shortly after signing a new contract the Vacaville location closed and I had only gotten to use approximately 3 months of my new membership. After speaking with the staff a week before the close date they informed me that I can get a prorated refund for my remaining months as the whole gym was closing. 2 months after the close date and still no refund I attempted to contact Fit Republic(who does not list a phone number on their broken website). I wrote them an email just trying to verify that it was being processed and they told me to wait, as they closed down so many gyms at the same time the processing could take 120 days. Well its now been over 120 days and still no check in the mail. I've made several attempts to contact Fit Republic corporate with no response. I've made an attempt to speak with the Fairfield location manager as he used to run the Vacaville location. I spoke with a staff member named Seth, he was very helpful and nice. But the manager Chris has not returned my phone calls. The refund is only $121 but it only takes minutes to cut a check and mail it. On top of all this my girlfriend was also a member however she paid monthly. And Fit Republic just decided to move her membership to the Fairfield location and continue charging her without even saying anything. Their horrible business practices explain why so many locations shut down and why the whole company has already went out of business and changed its name once.

An OK gym, has quite a bit of room and equipment, but it would be nice to see some plyo boxes or small boxes for doing weighted step ups. Other than that and early closing hours on the weekends, this gym has what you need for a low price.

Great gym has what you need to work out. No it's not a posh latte serving aerobic class yoga pants hippy hang out. I'm a beginner and don't feel intimidated working out here. I tried 24 and it was overwhelming.

I needed a gym for low impact cardio equipment. I visited a few. When I checked them out I asked specifically if there was WiFi for members. I was told yes.
Show up to join, what they want to charge you in club is $20 more than on line. So I signed up on line. I hope the girl there did not lose out on a sign up credit since there was no way I would willingly pay $20 more. Then I ask for the WiFi password. Nope no WiFi for members, per another employee, it makes the computers run slow.
Also the club is dirty. I doubt how often they vacuum the place.
It's really only $10 a month. So I don't except the moon and stars. I would laugh at anyone who pays more for this place. It's not worth it.
2 stars because it's cheap and has what I need. I will be canceling once I recover from my injury.

It's disappointing to go to the gym only to find it closed. Some mornings the opener just slept in, but this morning (4/28/2017) it still had not opened at 6:00 a.m. Saturday mornings the employee that opens rolls in at 7:00 or later, one morning he left his car parked in front of the doors on the walkway because he was late.

They need to post a number that can be called when the gym isn't open on time. Calling the Antioch location doesn't help because they don't have any of the Brentwood employee numbers or who is suppose to open.

Their app has some nice features, but forces you to rate your previous visits sometimes, but low ratings don't seem to change anything.

I come in early in the morning and weight are scattered everywhere, it's very unorganized. On top of that you have to keep track of your account, they take random amount of money. I will be canceling
