Clean gym, friendly staff a good place to work out. My only issue with this gym is the water in the showers could be hotter.
Edit: ok I had to edit my review from two years ago. The music is way too loud in the locker room. People have complained multiple times and nothing has been done. I shouldn't get a headache while changing my clothes. Unless this is changed, I'll be switching back to 24 Hour Fitness.

I love that there is a PF in just about every city you could imagine. I love the convenience of 24hr access. The best time for me to go is early in the morning when it's not too many members. Usually between 7am and 9am. Their hydro massage machines are very therapeutic only 10 minutes at a time. Memberships are reasonable 21.99 for the VIP treatment.

Great workout environment, the people are nice, staff is great. The young lady that works there in Saturday and Sunday mornings is very very nice, makes me feel great every time I go to workout

This gym smells very bad and does not have enough equipment unless you're only there to use a treadmill, in that case you're fine! The price is affordable, but not worth it to me! The customer service is horrible!

Probably the worse gym I've ever been to, after a visit here coming from L.A. they couldn't find our phone number or membership as if we never existed. Its winter time and they have huge fans blasting air down, you can't possibly get a good work out because you're constantly cooling down. The equipment is missing plenty of part like a knob to adjust seats and cleanliness is by far a joke here. Left immediately after 15 min of being there, horrible.

Employee's are great at keep the gym clean. I come around 330am so it's pretty empty in here do that's great. The only reason for giving it four stars is because I wished they would have weights for the machines.

Glad I stopped in. Clean facility and equipment was in good shape. Only con is wish hot water in the shower was warmer.

They wouldn't cancel my membership when I barley started that gym I asked them to cancel it before the month came they told me no I have to pay 10 to cancel it never again will I go to that gym worst customer service

Stupid...they wont cancel my account because they say i owe them money...ok..and im not paying it because i didnt go to The gym.and i dont have money to pay it...so they keep my account open to rack up bill thats never gonna get paid..smh

Overall, the gym isn't bad for $10 a month, plus the $40 something annual fee. In total, you spend about $160 a year, and $13 something dollars a month including the annual fee. When you really think about it, that is REALLY cheap compared to the other gyms. The staff, however, isn't the best. Sometimes there is only one associate behind the table. One associate, in a room with, at times, 100 people in attendance. If you need help with something, you'll find yourself waiting 15 minutes for a response. I do really like the atmosphere of the gym. Planet Fitness gets a bad rep with all the meatheads, and PT is also commonly labeled as "not a real gym filled with Tootsie Rolls, bagels, and pizza." But, remember - this gym is for people who don't like gyms. I'm a 5'8, 145 lbs. man, sure, I could possibly go to a "real" gym and possibly fit in, but I still don't feel comfortable being around a bunch of grunting gym rats. I feel really comfortable at PF. I can workout and not worry about my surrounds, or peeing eyes from across the room. Everyone there seems friendly. If you're wanting to workout, cut pounds and get a little toned comfortably, in a very welcoming environment, and aren't looking to become Mr. Olympia, then, this place is for you. But, if you're a little more serious about building yourself into a behemoth, I'd recommend looking somewhere else.
I've heard stories about how hard it is to cancel, but I'd have to wait until I cancel in the future myself to find out.

After coming here for about a year, the staff has gotten a lot better. There are usually three people behind the desk now and are all very helpful.

I like the atmosphere, and the staff is nice. Also, they're quick to repair any equipment that breaks down. My only complaint is the work out mats. Many of them are torn, and there isn't enough mats.

I've been a member at this location for about two months now. I prefer to go when it's hardly busy so usually right before dawn. There are plenty of cardio machines, weights, and the facility is pretty clean. My interaction with the staff is hit or miss. Sometimes I'll be greeted when I walk in or sometimes I'll be completely ignored. I would caution those considering signing up about the $40 annual fee but all in all, you pay for what you get!

Clean environment, staff friendliness is a hit and miss. Showers is also same as it's impossible to catch hot water. And if the bathrooms can work consistently, that would be 5 stars!

You can go at your own pace and friendly service. Best to go when not over crowded at your convenience. Overall, its very affordable too!

It's the great gym to go work out at with 24-hour access and you can also take showers and the hydro massage bed and equipment in the back is great
