I really recommend this place to everyone that is willing to stay committed and motivated! Jason the trainer will help you stay motivated to your goal. He will even shop with you so you can know what to eat and stay healthy during the time you are training with him. Go ahead and give R12 a try!!

Best decision I've ever made!!! I'm healthier, looking and feeling better than ever!! This is where you want to go If you need to lose weight and make a lifestyle change! It won't be easy but Jason is always there is help you, motivate you and push you to your limits to help you reach your goals! You won't regret it, unless you simply just don't follow the instructions.
