Great gym, very excellent facilities.
The best Gym I've ever been to, and the manager treats you like family. They have way better equipment then most gyms
This is mine and my husband's home gym and initially went to this one all the time. However, I have recently switched because the staff is so rude and unprofessional and It doesn't help that my car was broken into in the parking lot either. It's a smaller gym and less crowded, I used to love it, but the staff ruined it for me, including management. Whoever the district manager is needs to be more involved.
This gym is never too crowded to get a decent workout. There are always treadmills and other cardio equipment available for use. I have never seen a single member of the staff perform cleaning or reracking of weights.
The greatest issue I have is that they have a single set (ONE) of 2.5 lb plates. It has been this way for over a year. Each time I speak with staff, they say that their manager is working on it. That's obviously not the case.
Been at this gym for 8 years and eh , its a lil lackluster. Equipment takes too long to fix when it's down, staff walk around with this cocky self-righteous attitude. And the pricing is just not the best.

Great experience, the staff was helpful, Mario explained things, no rush...because I haven't started working out yet, i give 4 stars because of that

Don't get a trainer here .it's not worth your money at all ...having a trainer before with 24 hr fitness , I know how professional training works and this is not the place. I'm going on my 4th trainer they just fired my last Trainer and he was great . I honestly regret this and its about almost 400 to cancel the contract .I got burned ..

Love this place , they are becoming family ...
Staff borders on apathetic most of the time. Trainers sometimes troll the floor for potential clients. Very annoying. I want to work out and not be spammed with human pop up ads.
Employees are very welcome and friendly. Do recommend this fitness center .
Cool spot never busy well depends on time you go
At first, I loved the idea of this gym opening close to my home. However, I've been driving 20 minutes away from my home to another location. This place really needs to invest in security. Everyday, someone's car is broken into. Really sucks because this Body Exchange seems to not care for its members safety and security.

Friendly staff! The daycare girls are the best! I dont leave my child anywhere else besides here and with his grandparents! So they definetly make me feel comfortable enough to leave him there. I do check up on him as well and they do try comforting the smaller ones when they get cranky. All the machines and bathrooms are always spotless as well! Not super crowed as other gyms.
