My friend and I took advantage of their $99 deal going and jump right in. Tuesday was the first class we attended and the instructor took the time to make us feel comfortable. She went out of her way to show us every activity station, staying with us along the way, and making sure we understood what we were doing. I felt totally comfortable and I am excited to attend the next class & meet my goal with Motiv8!

Katie and Motiv8 Fitness has changed my life. I have met so many amazing people since I joined in July and it feels great to belong to a small encouraging community. I have so far lost 30 pounds and I HATE to workout. Katie has developed a great program with minimal running and variety. (I get bored easily). She knows her clients well and is able to modify difficult exercises, as well as she knows when it's time to increase the challenge of an exercise. I am so glad someone told me about this place. Definitely worth the cost. ANYONE CAN DO THIS!!

Katie Martin is an amazing trainer. She works very hard at each and everyone's fitness levels no matter where your at. She will push you and motivate you to be a better you. We all have limitations and different levels of fitness and she truly understands that and is able to modify your workout to you. If you are at a high fitness level, be ready to be challenged because she will find your next level. If you are just starting out or at a lower level of fitness, be ready to be amazed at your progress
