I went there this evening around 9 pm and mentioned that I wanted to talk to someone about a membership. I was told by the young lady that the "guy" just left. What? Yes he left and for me to come back tomorrow before 8:30 pm !! So you're telling me that you are not intetested in a new member? I asked to speak to a manager, she said there wasn't one availablr.... more

THEY WILL NOT LET YOU CANCEL WITHOUT PUTTING YOU THROUGH THE RINGER. Trainers are aggressive to get you to sign, then once you're in couldnt be more disinterested in your fitness. There's a Planet Fitness 2 minutes away now.... more

First time I went I brought a groupon, the lady told me no groupon appointment on the same day and that I could just cancel the groupon and pay cash bc they honor the same price. Ever since then I would just call and make an appointment, and they could always fit me in the same day no hassle on my side.... more
