I came to Pilates Plus when I was in fairly good body and mind condition. I got an Incredible Work Out. Sweating, using muscles, arms, legs, etc. When I left, I was drenched from the workout BUT I felt Magnificent! Not a big gym, but enough machines that there isn't lines and waiting unless u come from 5-9pm. That is prime time. I like that it's 24hrs and I found the staff to be both friendly and helpful.... more

Best LA Fitness in the area. High turnover in staff and some are better then others. Overall place offers a lot and is pretty clean. Valet in the garage are super fast as well. Off peak is the best time to go, going at peak times can be frustrating .... more
