Very good and nice trainers. Lying thieves! I was injured during class. They have no concept of pairing people based on levels or providing proper training. They then continued to charge me and neglected to tell me that if I bring a doctor's not they would not charge me.... more
I love that they have a large and small dog park. Public rest room building and plenty of close by parking. Not much seating along the way. Very enjoyable.... more

In a city overflowing with pilates studios this is a welcome addition. The décor makes you feel like you're working out in someone's private home. The open space, windows and floors to ceiling vibe are the major perks along with great workouts and a nice team of instructors, my personal favorite is AMBER.... more

Cassandra is just what I needed in an instructor. She makes you feel comfortable about your where you are on your fitness path and that you will get to where you need to be. A session with her is an hour of positive pushing of your limits.... more
Cycling plus Pilates equals Cyclelates. The studio is pretty clean and the instructors are very optimistic and helpful. The bathroom is clean as well and they also have water if you need to refill your bottle.... more
No parking issues, work out at my own pace and skills, no hassle of waiting for machines, staff great and helpful . Easy going but I get my exercise and am losing weight , toning, feel great, more energy.... more
I did this yoga teacher training and it was not a great experience. There are SO SO many better places in LA to do your training that will leave you with much better tools to teach a yoga class.... more

I come here for the teen/ adult class on Tuesday and Thursday nights. The class organization is ideal where you pay per class so it's ok to miss a class when life happens. The instructors are helpful and care about our safety.... more

I love this gym. So far it has been one of the greatest. I do love how we use our key to inter and after hours there are no guess allowed after hour so you are a bit more secured.Most of all I love the privet shower's.... more
