David is quite knowledgable and easy to talk to. I appreciate that he listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. I have chronic hip pain due to injury and I know it will take a while to get back to functional movement but I had some relief the same day and look forward to future sessions.... more

Dropped in for 20.3. Big place, nice folks.. Drop-in from out of town. Staff very attentive and gave me several tips to improve my handstands and shoulder to overhead. WOD was challenging but very rewarding.... more
