Best treadmill in town for a sunrise run! My favorite aspect of this convenient gym is watching the sun rise over the buildings of the east side of downtown Little Rock. Friendly, helpful staff & towel service FTW!
DAC is an excellent value. The staff is friendly and helpful (Amy the manager has been there as long as I can remember), cost of membership is low, equipment is in good condition and there's an excellent variety for such a small space. When the weather's nice I love to go out the back door and work out on top of the parking deck with a view of the LR skyline.
Very convenient location for people working downtown! Classes are offered twice a day. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. Definitely recommend!
The staff is excellent. I have been a member for approximately 8 years, and I go several times a week. I love the classes, especially at lunch, and couldn't ask for a better lunchtime workout situation. My only complaint is that they comp the parking for members. This seems like it would be relatively easy to do, as well as fair to those people who go often from locations outside of the building itself. I hope ownership will take this into serious consideration sooner, rather than later. It's frankly less about the actual dollar amount and more about having the correct cash and change on hand to avoid a hassle at the booth.

The athletic clubs are hands down the best gyms in Central Arkansas. The service is impeccable. They provide anything a person could need to have a positive workout experience. Despite the small space to work with at the Downtown Athletic Club they provide any amenity you could need.
