Kind helpful people here. Pricey, but good quality. At least that is what the girls say in my family. But no pressure sales with knowledgeable helpful folks. And, the music isn't too loud.

I bought a pair of leggings on 8/13/17 and they were sent to be hemmed by the store and I was told 3-5 days. I stopped in 8/23/17 (10 days later) and still not done. I asked the associate to see what the hold up was with the hemmer and call. No call. I called them on 8/28/17 at 2:30 pm and left a detailed message. Their answering machine says they return messages in 24 hours or you can email too. Still no returned phone call. It's been 50 hours. I emailed the whole situation 8/30/17 at 8:12 am. No reply. I called again at 8/30/17 at 11:30 am and left a detailed message. Still no reply and it's 8/30 at 4:30 pm! I have had no response, or my leggings in 17+ days. Their customer service and business practices suck. I'm not sure about the product as I have yet to receive it!!
Nice stuff. Some items on sale. I wonder if the employees are on commission cause they jumped on us right when we walked in. I'm more of a shopper that likes to browse and search myself then ask questions after. Got the pants I needed though. Was clean and decent service.
Honestly the best!!!! We traveled to Alaska for a trip and i ended up getting a few things while there. After we left for back home down to the lower states, i had realized that i still had a security tag on my scarf that i had bought. Although it was deactivated, it was still latched on. We had connected the store directly and they were AMAZING sent me a shipping package all paid for and sent me back my scarf all free of charge! They were already so helpful when i walked in there as well! This Team THEY HAVE IT DOWN!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH
