Love this yoga class and teacher! The classes are challenging, the teacher is encouraging and the atmosphere is so much fun! It's a great workout too!!!

Not your typical yoga class-it's so much better! Steffan challenges you when you need it, encourages you when you need it, and makes everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. All skill levels will benefit from his class. The class is a lot of fun-it's not uncommon to hear giggling and laughing (at ourselves mostly!). And it is an amazing workout. You'll do things you never dreamed possible. You can't lose with Up Dog Yoga and Steffan!
